Biography
I am Blaise Care, M.A., a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI), dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experience meaningful growth and lasting healing. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in May 2025, completing a CACREP-accredited program that provided advanced clinical training and a strong foundation in evidence-based counseling practices. My passion for counseling is rooted in the belief that every person possesses inherent worth and the capacity for growth. I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. Together, we identify barriers, build on existing strengths, and develop practical strategies that promote emotional, relational, and mental well-being. Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 10 years serving in the public school system, supporting students, families, and educators through a wide range of academic, behavioral, and personal challenges. Combined with my clinical experience, this background has equipped me to effectively work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, self-esteem, trauma, behavioral challenges, and family conflict. My counseling approach is person-centered and holistic, recognizing that each individual's story, values, culture, and experiences shape who they are. I integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs while fostering a collaborative relationship built on trust, empathy, and respect. Whether you are navigating a difficult season, seeking personal growth, or working to strengthen your relationships, I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you. My goal is to help you move beyond simply surviving toward living a healthier, more fulfilling, and purpose-driven life.
