Hi, my name is Christopher, I have my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I'm trained in EMDR as well as a Neurolinguistic Programming Masters Level Practitioner alongside Hypnotherapy and EFT. I am Kripalu Yoga 200/hr Trained Instructor as well as Reiki Master and Vedic Thai Massage practitioner. I am also a Transformational Breath® Facilitator in training. I am an Ontological Coach as well as a Transformational Coach. I am also a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor.

Christopher seems really personable and he took the time to explain the process and hear our concerns. I think my son will be able to get a lot out of their sessions together and I’m excited to see him grow.
