Frequently asked questions
What does our first session look like?
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a comfortable, judgment-free environment. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your concerns, strengths, and goals, and I will answer any questions you have about the process. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I tailor each session and treatment plan to meet your unique needs, strengths, and goals. Together, we will work at a pace that feels right for you while building practical skills, fostering resilience, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
