Biography
I’m Tiffany Martin, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting adolescents and adults through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship and family concerns, workplace conflict, and major life transitions. Before becoming a therapist, I spent ten years in the music classroom, where I saw firsthand how creativity and connection foster healing. Today, I bring that same belief into therapy, integrating CBT, expressive arts, and other approaches to help you challenge unhelpful patterns and build healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and living. I have experience working with individuals who identify as neurodivergent, including those with ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Bipolar disorder, and depression. My priority is to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel valued, understood, and hopeful. I’ll meet you with empathy while also encouraging growth—cheering you on, advocating for you, and supporting you through difficult moments. Even if it doesn’t feel like it right now, you are braver than you think and stronger than you know, and together we can work toward a life that feels more balanced, connected, and fulfilling.
