Biography
With a background as an elementary school teacher, a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), and a counselor experienced in international humanitarian work, I've gained a profound insight into the minds of young ones. I approach my clients by accepting who they are as a person, providing deep empathy and hope. Research says a trust-based relationship can rewire the brain from traumatic experiences in life. My therapeutic style is collaborative — I work alongside my clients, empowering them as active participants in their own healing journey. I often employ an integrative therapy approach, weaving together tools and strategies from various therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each client.

We love Michelle! My son has been seeing her for about 3 months now due to his ADHD, impulsivity and anger management and his issues has greatly improved. She has taught him to communicate his emotions better to avoid frustrations and meltdowns. My husband and I also speaks with her about our son and she gives us insights on what to do to improve our relationship with our children. She is the best at what she does and we’re so grateful for her!
