Hello there, and welcome! My therapeutic philosophy is solution focused, and directed at helping my client's heal by recognizing that they already have everything within them they need to succeed! I pride myself in making therapy as comfortable and supportive as possible. I have over 10 years of counseling experience, and have worked extensively with adolescents and their families to help them heal and move forward through struggles and challenges.
