Biography

Welcome! My name is Brittany Stark, a therapist with 6 years of clinical experience and a heart that’s been in helping professions for much longer—18 years working with children and families in education and as a School Counselor. I’ve spent time as an inpatient therapist and have been supporting adults, children, teens, and families for the last 6 years. My specialties include ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, mood disorders, OCD, trauma, and grief. I draw from evidence-based modalities like DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients move toward their goals in a way that feels authentic and empowering. At the core of my work is a person-centered approach, driven by a deep passion for supporting others through active listening, unconditional positive regard, and honest, supportive feedback. I believe in creating a space where clients feel truly seen and heard—and where we can laugh, cry, and grow together. Outside of the therapy room, I’m a proud mom of two and love spending time with my family. You’ll often find us on the court playing pickleball or tennis, enjoying movie nights, or going for walks with our two dogs. I'm also an animal lover with a soft spot for our hedgehog and a couple of curious axolotls who keep things interesting!
