Biography

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor from the Texas Panhandle who helps children and families navigate life’s challenges in a safe, supportive environment. I work with children to better understand and manage their emotions while helping parents gain insight into their child’s needs and behaviors. Frequently asked questions

What does our first session look like?

Starting therapy can bring up many emotions, including nervousness, uncertainty, hope, or overwhelm. Your first session is a chance for us to begin building a safe, supportive, and collaborative relationship. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, current concerns, and your goals moving forward. You are always welcome to share at your own pace, with no pressure to discuss anything before you are ready. We will also review confidentiality, expectations, and the therapy process. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout your journey.
