I have worked in a variety of settings including mental health outpatient clinic, educational counseling setting, as well as immigration social and behavioral services. I have experience working with diverse populations to include adolescents and adults. I have supported individuals managing mental health diagnoses helping them navigate through life challenges. Diagnoses include anxiety, depression, stress related disorders, conduct disorders, and trauma. I believe in a client-centered approach, emphasizing autonomy, safety and the individual’s empowerment.
