I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Angelo State University. I have training in evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and mindfulness practices. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) in the state of Texas supervised by Nichelle Ward (LPC-S.)
