Biography

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strength. I earned a Dual Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling from Barry University, where I developed a deep understanding of both individual and relational wellness. My clinical experience includes working with children and adolescents dealing with ADHD, anger management, depression, anxiety, school and social challenges, coping skills, emotional regulation skills, self-esteem, and stress management. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
