Biography

I am an empathetic, compassionate, non-judgemental, mental health clinician, who graduated from Capella University, with a Masters in psychology, and a specialization in clinical counseling. My background includes working with children, adolescents, and young adults as they transition through the challenges of life: including depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, self-esteem issues, and bullying. My approach is grounded in building a strong therapeutic alliance based on trust and mutual respect. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where each client can foster personal growth, gain self-insight, and develop effective coping strategies to enhance strength and resilience.
