Biography

I have a passion for helping others through their bump in the roads in life. No one should feel alone in navigating this world. Most of my career has been working with children and adolescents. I have a master's degree from Missouri Baptist University for clinical mental health. My goal is to give guidance and the tools needed to be a well rounded individual through use of evidence based strategies to learn and utilize coping skills in everyday life. I believe in having a safe, non judgmental space to explore their emotions and empower them to be their best self.
