I am a Licensed Clinic Social Worker with experience in working with marginalized populations. I have spent three years working within the substance abuse/addiction community. I have spent several years serving families and individuals within dependency and adoptive communities. I graduated from St. Leo University with a Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice Social Work. I enjoy taking an active approach to therapy. I utilize a strength-based model incorporating your strengths, talents and hobbies which tends to be more beneficial to you in daily practice and self-care. While I maintain an open mind, I am solution-focused and can be rather direct in attempting to create action steps with clients which could bring continued positive outcomes.
