Biography

Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified DBT Therapist with over 13 years of experience working with children, teens, and families. I grew up in Long Island, NY, and now live in North Carolina. I provide virtual therapy so kids and teens can talk from a place where they feel comfortable—home, a quiet room at school, or anywhere private. I help young people understand their feelings, manage stress, communicate better, and build confidence. I don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach. I like to get to know each child and use activities and coping tools that fit their personality. Sometimes we talk, sometimes we draw, sometimes we learn calming strategies together. My style is warm, real, and supportive. Kids often tell me they feel like they can “just be themselves” in sessions. My goal is to create a space where they feel understood, safe, and encouraged. We’ll work together to: • Understand and express feelings • Handle stress, anxiety, or anger • Practice coping and calming skills • Build self-esteem and emotional awareness I’m here to support your child, one step at a time—from wherever they are.
