I am an empathetic and compassionate therapist who specializes in helping client's navigate life transitions. I am passionate about helping children work through life stressors. My most commonly used modalities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I help my client's explore tangible coping skills that will help them navigate the hardships that they are facing. I have working with younger children under the age of 10 but am also passionate about young adults.
