Biography

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor passionate about supporting children, adolescents and young adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, ADHD and difficult life transitions. I incorporate a blend of evidenced-based techniques to best meet each client’s unique needs. My goal is to provide a safe, collaborative and relatable space for clients to freely express themselves, explore their challenges and work towards their goals to create lasting changes.
