I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida for over 10 years. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss and depression. The most common approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused with Motivational Interview Technique. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and build a stronger sense of self-worth.
