I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) I graduated from Capella University with distinction with my Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology. I am passionate about supporting individuals and families across the lifespan from children to adults as they navigate challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, behavioral concerns, family dynamics, and life transitions. I look forward to helping you navigate this journey that you're on by meeting you where you are.

I sensed that Rachel was very understanding and attentive as I proceeded to attempt to summarize my background and mental health and addiction history as well as main current struggles for which I'm seeking help. She asked good questions intermittently while I did so which I appreciated. Right off the bat, and throughout the hour session I felt very comfortable sharing personal details about myself which are not always easy to talk about with another person.
