My name is Korina Herrera and I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor. I am dedicated to providing compassionate and holistic care to all of my patients. I work with a wide variety of clients beginning with children 2-7 using PCIT, teens and adults with a Collaborative goal-setting approach I specialize in depression, anxiety, Triple P and Parent child interactive therapy, and ADHD. My person-centered approach focuses on empowering individuals to achieve balance and wellness. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for all clients. My approach includes person- centered, and holistic methods. I tailor my approach to each individual's unique needs and goals. I am equipped in various techniques like PCIT, CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing which allows me to adapt my approach to suit different personalities and issues.

Korina has been a warm and engaging guide for my child. She looks forward to her appointments now, which is something she struggled with in the past. They are just getting started, but I think Korina will be able to help my child grow into who she wants to be.
