Biography

I am a social worker dedicated to supporting older children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and school or social challenges. My background in school-based mental health has given me experience working closely with young people facing emotional, behavioral, and environmental stressors that can affect their well-being and daily functioning. I take a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental approach to therapy and believe in creating a space where clients feel safe, heard, and supported. I use evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. My goal is to help each client build resilience, confidence, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.
