Biography
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who graduated from NOVA Southeastern University and is passionate about working with clients who suspect or have been diagnosed with ADHD. My style is down-to-earth and supportive. In our work together, you'll find a safe, welcoming space where you can be yourself. You don’t have to figure it out alone. I'm here to help. I help clients with ADHD, anxiety, and low self-esteem by helping you identify the behaviors or situations that may be contributing to how you’re feeling, and collaborating on goals that feel useful and relatable. That includes learning ways to manage overwhelming tasks, tools to feel more at peace, and changing the way you talk to yourself.
