Biography
I am a compassionate and supportive therapist dedicated to helping you navigate life challenges and adversities to help empower and equip you to gain greater clarity, resilience and skills to help bring you up and out of life's hardships that has diverted you from living your best life. I know how life challenges can take us off track and having us live in auto-pilot and just surviving the moments. I work with children, adolescents, teens, young adults, adults, families and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship stress and brokenness in family units. My therapeutic styles are CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed, Strength and Supportive-Based Therapies all tailored to fit your wants, needs, desires and goals. I believe therapy is about working together in a safe space where you feel seen, heard and validated. Where you can come out of the someday mindset and feel empowered to make the lasting changes today. I will walk along side you in this growth journey cheering you along every step of the way. I believe in you!
