Biography
I am a dedicated therapist who works collaboratively with clients to help them better understand themselves and their experiences. I believes that healing happens through connection, insight, and learning tools that support growth both in and out of sessions. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and families, particularly in areas such as emotional regulation, anger management, behavioral concerns, social skills, and coping strategies. I believe meaningful change occurs when therapeutic interventions are developmentally appropriate, culturally responsive, and tailored to each client’s unique need I value partnering with caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support consistent growth across home, school, and community settings. I strive to help clients build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence while fostering positive relationships and healthy communication.
