My name is Kieyun, and I am a Licensed Social Worker who has spent years supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, fear, bullying, and major life transitions. I believe that every person’s story carries meaning, and no experience is too small or too “unseen” to be acknowledged. My clinical approach integrates evidence‑based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion‑Focused Therapy (EFT), Family Therapy, Mindfulness practices, and Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
