Biography
My goal is to walk alongside each client wherever they need to go, to help them find their strengths, clarity, and move their life in a more fulfilling direction. I support ages 10 and up as they navigate life's many challenges. My approach is individualized and grounded in empathy, active listening, and evidence-based practices -such as person-centered therapy, CBT, mindfulness, play- and art therapy. I create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel free to express themselves.

Frequently asked questions
What does our first session look like?
Our first session will be getting to know each other and go over the intake to make sure everything is correct. Then you can let me know what you would like to work on and we then discuss the plan of care.
How often will you communicate with me as a parent?
Typically at least once a month, unless more is needed due to changes in the behavior and or situation. Of course you can always reach out to me if needed as well.
What if my child or teen won't open up to you?
It will take a few sessions before the child or teen opens up to a stranger. But usually after 3 sessions they will open up more. Every person is different.
