Biography

I am a warm, empathetic and solution focused counselor. I specialize in helping children and teens navigate depression, anxiety, mood swings, and behavioral challenges. I use cognitive behavioral therapies and strength-based work to help youth understand their emotions, build useful coping skills and rebuild confidence in themselves and their relationships. I welcome the chance to talk about what's been happening with your child and help them feel more stable, confident, and in control again.

A very helpful session right after a very traumatic experience for my 10 yo. Miss Lisa has a very pragmatic approach. She makes my son (and I) felt confident that he is in great hands to overcome what has happened.
