With over 21 years of diverse experience, I've dedicated my career to counseling people of all ages and backgrounds. My specialties include psychotherapy for anxiety disorders, adult survivors of childhood trauma, and relationship issues. I work with adults, teens, children, and couples, utilizing a wide range of approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based Perspective, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. Notably, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an effective technique for processing traumatic memories.
