Losing stability, a loved one, not finding purpose, illnesses and life transitions can be intimidating. Having worked ten years in the mental health field, I know the concerns and difficulties this can cause for one's wellbeing. I specialize in working with youth and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma and anger. I am passionate about human resilience and cognitive ability to bounce back. By the use of evidence-based therapy, tailored to your needs, I can guide you to live the life you strive for. I provide an eclectic approach tailored to your needs by applying a variety of evidence-based practices which include, CBT, DBT, person centered and mindfulness. Together we can identify areas of your life needing improvement and correcting these to empower you to be able to live life to the fullest.
