Frequently asked questions
What does our first session look like?
Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. We'll explore your current concerns, relevant history, strengths, and what you hope to achieve. Together, we'll begin identifying goals and create a plan that fits your needs. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. There is no pressure to tell your entire story during the first session.
