Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, and I truly believe therapy should feel like a space where you can breathe a little easier. Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, depression, isolation, big life changes, or just trying to make sense of your emotions. You don’t have to carry that alone. My approach is gentle, supportive, and collaborative. I care deeply about creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and never judged. Sometimes healing starts simply with having someone really listen. I also believe growth doesn’t always have to feel so heavy. There’s room for humor, creativity, and moments of lightness along the way. Therapy can be meaningful and still feel human. My hope is to help you reconnect with your strengths, gain clarity, and move toward the goals that matter most to you at a pace that feels right.
