Biography
I assist teenagers, adults, couples, and families with anxiety, academic stress, burnout, life transitions, and multicultural family issues. I help clients gain confidence, improve coping skills, improve relationships, and effect meaningful change. As a bilingual LPC associate, former school counselor, and EMDR-trained therapist, I help immigrant families navigate academic, emotional, and cultural transitions in a safe, compassionate, and culturally responsive setting.
