Biography

I am a compassionate mental health counselor who graduated from Houston Christian University with an adolescent to 65+ specialization. I am deeply passionate about supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate life’s challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, anger management, PTSD, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, solution-focused practices, and evidence-based methods, ensuring that each client feels heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and build a stronger sense of self-worth. My goal is to help clients uncover their strengths, gain clarity, and create a path toward personal growth and resilience.
