Biography

I am a licensed psychologist who works with children, adolescents, young adults, and families to address anxiety, OCD, depression, and related concerns. I take a collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based approach, meeting clients where they are and tailoring treatment to be most effective for each individual. My sessions are structured and goal-focused, emphasizing skill-building so clients can work towards independently managing their symptoms and navigating challenges with confidence. I am trained in evidence-based approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Behavioral Activation, and incorporate elements of Parent Management Training (PMT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as appropriate. My ultimate goal is to provide a supportive, structured, and individualized therapy experience that empowers clients and families while promoting lasting growth. I earned my PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and am a fully licensed psychologist. I completed my pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. I have experience treating a variety of anxiety, behavior, and mood disorders across hospital, school, and outpatient settings. These experiences have given me the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds, addressing a wide range of presenting concerns.
