Biography
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. As a Texas LPC Associate supervised by Lakeisha Williams, LPC-S, I provide a supportive, collaborative space tailored to your needs. Using CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care, I help clients address anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem, relationship concerns, and life transitions while building resilience, confidence, and lasting growth.

You will receive a secure link from Emora before your appointment. Simply click the link at your scheduled time to join the session. If you have trouble accessing the link, please let me know via Emora's messaging chat.
If you experience issues connecting, try refreshing your browser, restarting your device, or checking your internet connection. If problems continue, please contact me as soon as possible.

What happens if I am late to my session or if I have an emergency?
Per Emora's policy, to avoid a late cancellation fee, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will incur a late cancellation fee.
If you have not joined your session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be marked as a no-show and a no-show fee will be charged. Please communicate with me via the messaging chat if running late.
What happens if I am in crisis?
Virtual therapy is not a substitute for emergency services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or contact 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
What if I don't feel comfortable on camera?
It's normal to feel nervous at first. Most clients become more comfortable after a few sessions. Please let me know if you have concerns so we can work together to make the experience feel more comfortable.
How long are therapy sessions and how often will I meet with you?
Most individual therapy sessions are approximately 50–55 minutes, though session length may vary based on your treatment plan and clinical needs. The frequency of sessions depends on your needs and goals. Many clients begin with weekly sessions and adjust as progress is made.

As a parent it was great to hear her therapist giving her “homework.” From my perspective, it is empowering her. Which is different from my homework lol. As mom, I’m nagging and telling her what to do. So the reframing is wonderful. I’m looking forward to her growth and connection with her therapist and with us….especially with me.
