My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in CBT, mindfulness, and emotionally focused therapy to help clients understand emotions, build healthier coping skills, and create lasting change. My daughter Alannah was Not looking forward to her new virtual session with Ms. Jada. But a the end of her first session she was so impressed by her professionalism and was excited to book her next session for the following week. My daughter said Ms. Jada is a 10/10 stars. "She was listening to me and was interacting with me the whole time!" We are looking forward to the next virtual session.
