Biography

I am a compassionate and grounded therapist who is dedicated to helping children, teens, and adults work through life’s challenges with confidence and clarity. I take a trauma-informed approach and often incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), emotionally focused work, and mindfulness practices to support clients in understanding their emotions, shifting unhelpful patterns, and building healthier coping skills. In my work, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space is my priority. I believe healing happens when people feel seen, supported, and understood, and I strive to meet each client exactly where they are. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or self-esteem concerns, I work collaboratively with you to explore your experiences, identify what’s holding you back, and develop tools that align with your personal strengths and goals. My goal is to empower you to connect more deeply with yourself, strengthen your resilience, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, intentional, and authentic. I am honored to walk alongside you as you grow, heal, and create meaningful change.
