Biography

I am a dedicated mental health counselor and a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University, specializing in supporting children and their families through trauma, grief, and life transitions. After serving in the U.S. Army, I developed a strong passion for helping working families navigate emotional challenges during times of change. I bring experience in school-based settings, collaborating closely with educators and support staff through a team-based care model, as well as providing hospice bereavement support and mindfulness-based psychoeducation through Head Start programs. I also partner with churches and community leaders to offer support groups when appropriate. Using evidence-based approaches, my goal is to empower children and families with practical tools, emotional insight, and resilience so they can heal, grow, and thrive together.
