Biography
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who supports individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I believe therapy should feel supportive, practical, and human; not intimidating or overwhelming. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and strengths-based work. I work collaboratively with clients to help them better understand their patterns, develop coping tools that actually fit their lives, and build confidence in themselves and their choices. I’m especially passionate about working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, parents and caregivers, and those balancing multiple responsibilities or feeling stuck at a crossroads. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are, gain clarity, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change; at a pace that feels right for you.
