Biography

I am a compassionate mental health counselor and a graduate of Capella University with a specialization in child and adolescent counseling. I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma, and self-esteem concerns. My work is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices, allowing clients to feel heard, supported, and empowered. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their emotions, develop effective coping skills, and strengthen their sense of self. My goal is to help clients discover their strengths, gain insight, and build resilience as they move toward meaningful change.
