Biography
Anxiety and other struggles can cause children and teens to forget how strong and capable they can be. Although parents work hard to bring out the best in their children and teens, sometimes information on how to succeed is better received coming from someone else. I have supported ages 5 through 16 to navigate public schools for 9 years. Prior to that I worked as a trauma therapist who supported youth to process experiences that left them feeling overwhelmed and powerless.
