Biography

I am a compassionate mental counselor who graduated from Spring Arbor University, in Flint, Michigan with a degree in masters of art in counseling. I am passionate about supporting children, adolescence, and adult as they navigate through life, including, but not limiting to PTSD, self-esteem issues, grief, anxiety, depression, and making transitions. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration and evidence based practices., ensuring that each client feels heard understood an empowered to create meaningful change. I believe in creating a safe space where individuals can explore their emotions and develop healthy coping strategies to build a stronger sense of self. My goal is to help clients become more confident, and self-aware to uncover their strength and move forward into a healthy and happy future.
