Biography
I am a compassionate therapist who is passionate about supporting teens, young adults and adults as they navigate life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation, relationship stress, family conflict, school pressure, and life transitions. I also have a special passion for helping clients recognize and break cycles of narcissistic abuse, generational patterns, emotional invalidation, and unhealthy family dynamics. I understand that this stage of life can feel overwhelming, confusing, and emotionally heavy, especially when clients are trying to understand themselves while also healing from painful relational or family experiences. I strive to create a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My therapeutic style is warm, empathetic, and open-minded. I use approaches such as CBT, DBT skills, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy to help clients better understand their emotions, build healthy coping skills, improve communication, set healthier boundaries, and develop a stronger sense of identity and self-worth. I chose this work because I believe healing begins when someone feels safe enough to be honest about what they are carrying. My goal is to help each client feel supported, empowered, and more confident as they move toward healing, growth, resilience, and breaking patterns that no longer serve them.
