Biography
I am a compassionate mental health counselor who graduated from Texas A&M University-San Antonio with a specialization in child and adolescent counseling. I am deeply passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, anger management, PTSD, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and creating a space where each client feels heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. I incorporate art and play therapy as supportive therapeutic tools to help clients express emotions, process experiences, and build healthy coping skills in a way that feels natural and engaging. I believe in fostering a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals can explore their emotions, strengthen their sense of self-worth, and work toward personal growth and healing. My goal is to help clients recognize their strengths, gain clarity, and build resilience while creating a path toward emotional wellness and meaningful change.
