Biography
I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) mental health counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University. I support children, adolescents, and young adults facing anxiety, depression, anger, self-esteem, and life challenges. Using evidence-based approaches such as Person Centered and CBT, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, build coping skills, discover strengths, and work toward growth, resilience, and lasting change.
