Biography
I am a compassionate, structured, and non-judgemental therapist with years of clinical expertise. We all have roadblocks along our life path. Together we can work through your struggles and challenges until you or your child's issues are resolved. Working together we can tackle the issues that weigh on your child or you. Your child or yourself will start to feel in control of your life again. I treat ADHD, depression, anxiety, panic, PTSD, self-esteem, trauma, loss, grief, ODD, and much more.

Frequently asked questions
What does our first session look like?
The first session is an intake, I will ask a lot of questions. If the client is a child I prefer to speak with a parent or guardian at the beginning of the first session to understand the parent's/ guardian's point of view. The child or teen could then join the session with or without their parent/ guardian according to their comfort level.
With adult clients, I will begin the assessment. This consists of asking a lot of questions about you and your life so I can understand what you are struggles, what your needs and goals are. I will support you unconditionally throughout the process.
