Biography
I am a compassionate mental health therapist with experience working with individuals facing a wide variety of mental health concerns and life challenges. I am especially passionate about supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults as they navigate challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and emotional regulation. My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and meeting each client where they are. I utilize motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths-based approaches, solution-focused techniques, and other evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. My goal is to help clients recognize their strengths, develop effective coping skills, increase self-awareness, and build the confidence needed to overcome challenges. I strive to support each individual in creating a path toward personal growth, resilience, and overall emotional well-being.
