I believe that we all have the capacity for healing within ourselves. My goal is to instill hope and promote healing for clients presenting with concerns related to post-traumatic stress, attachment, anxiety, grief/loss, depression, disruptive behaviors, social skills, parenting, and/or relational distress. I use a client centered, trauma-specific, holistic, and developmental approach to psychotherapy. I am a compassionate, easy-going, intuitive, and a heart-centered therapist, mother, and friend. My goal is to inspire and empower you while creating a safe space for you while on your healing journey.
