Biography
I am a compassionate LCSWA who graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in social work. I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life's challenges, including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, life transitions, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices, ensuring that each client feels heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals can explore their emotions, develop effective coping strategies, and build resilience. By tailoring treatment to each person's unique needs and strengths, I aim to help clients gain insight, develop confidence, and move toward lasting personal growth and improved well-being.
