As a therapist, I provide a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where clients can safely explore their thoughts and emotions. Since 2016, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults, helping them develop coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and navigate life's challenges. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic mental health conditions, and major life transitions, empowering clients to build resilience and achieve lasting growth.
